PulsePigeonemail infrastructure

Who it helps

Product and engineering teams building account messages, receipts and customer notifications into an application.

Business value

Keep product events and customer communication connected. Reuse the same request key when retrying the same business event, and keep message status available to your team.

How it works

  1. Set up a project, verify your sending domain and create an API key.
  2. Send a message with the category and request key for its business event.
  3. Follow the accepted message through Email activity or signed status updates.

Choosing the right message path

Use the category that matches the message's purpose. Audience broadcasts have a separate Campaigns workflow, including suppression and unsubscribe exclusions.

Plans and availability

Your workspace's email and sending-domain limits apply. An accepted request means processing has started; it is not confirmation that the recipient has received or read the message. Compare plan limits.
