# Subprocessors

Review the third parties PulsePigeon engages to process customer data.

PulsePigeon engages a small set of subprocessors to deliver the service. This page lists them and the purpose of each. It is maintained under the Data Processing Addendum, and we give notice before adding or replacing a subprocessor.

Effective date: October 22, 2026

## Infrastructure and hosting

| Subprocessor | Purpose | Region |
| --- | --- | --- |
| OVHcloud | Hosting for our own sending (MTA) servers that deliver customer email. Processes message content, sender and recipient addresses, and delivery events. | United States |
| Hetzner | Hosting for our own sending (MTA) servers that deliver customer email. Processes message content, sender and recipient addresses, and delivery events. | European Union (Helsinki, Finland) |
| Cloudflare | CDN, tunnel, DNS and edge security (TLS termination, bot and abuse protection) for all web and API traffic in transit. | Global |

## Upcoming changes

On November 22, 2026 we will add MiniMax and DeepSeek as subprocessors for the in-product support assistant and the deliverability copilot. They will be used only for workspaces whose confirmed business country is outside the United States, the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. Workspaces in the United States, the EEA, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, and workspaces whose country is not confirmed, will continue to use Anthropic and OpenAI only. We gave notice of this change on October 23, 2026. To object, write to [privacy@pulsepigeon.com](mailto:privacy@pulsepigeon.com) before November 22, 2026.

## AI-assisted support and diagnostics

The in-product support assistant sends the text of the support conversation and the help content it is given to a configured model provider listed below to generate a reply. If that provider fails, the same request can be retried with the next configured provider listed below. When account lookup is enabled and you ask about billing, usage or domains, it also sends account facts: your plan and subscription state, monthly sending limit, billable email and active contact counts for the period, and sending domain verification status. The deliverability copilot sends aggregate sending metrics (counts, rates and status flags, not message content or recipient addresses) to the same providers to draft a diagnosis. These data are sent only to the providers listed below.

| Subprocessor | Purpose | Data processed | Region |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Anthropic | Language model for the support assistant and the deliverability copilot. | Support conversation text; account facts when lookup is enabled; aggregate sending metrics | United States |
| OpenAI | Language model for the support assistant and the deliverability copilot. | Support conversation text; account facts when lookup is enabled; aggregate sending metrics | United States |

## Billing and payments

| Subprocessor | Purpose | Region |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Stripe | Payment processing and subscription billing. PulsePigeon does not store full payment card numbers. | United States |
