Migrate from SendGrid to PulsePigeon: export contacts and suppression groups, map categories to preference topics, and run the import preflight.

## Export checklist

## Provider checks

- Map categories to PulsePigeon preference topics.
- Review any shared-IP reputation assumptions.

## Import and integration mapping

- **Contact export CSV (email, custom fields):** Contact import checks require an authorized workspace user on Growth or higher and do not save contacts
- **Suppression group export (bounces, blocks, spam reports, unsubscribes):** Import suppressions with authorized workspace access. A project API key does not grant this access.
